The identity verification process must be completed on a mobile device (iPhone, Android).
When accessing the link to complete the identity verification process on anything other than a mobile device (desktop, laptop, iPad, etc.) you will see a QR code. This QR code allows you to scan the code using a mobile device in order to complete the process.
The QR code only appears when using a device that is not able to be used to complete the identity verification process. If you see a QR code, please scan the code using a mobile device on the Supported Device List for Identity Verification.
