I keep receiving reminder emails, but I've already completed my closing/transaction

After you have successfully completed the CertifID process, and received your closing agency's wire instructions, you will receive reminder emails. There are 2 automated emails that are sent out, and following those, you will not receive any additional emails from CertifID.

• NOTE: It is possible to receive the reminder emails even after the closing is finished and the transfer is complete.

These emails are automated reminders intended to keep those correct wiring instructions in mind until closing. We often see fraudsters attempt to send 'new' wiring instructions via email close to closing in an attempt to steal funds, and so our emails are intended to help prevent that.

You are not added or enrolled on any long-term mailing or marketing lists. You will not need to unsubscribe and no further action on your end is required. If your closing is finished and you have already completed your transfer these reminder emails can be ignored.
