When completing a Match request through CertifID, you will need to grant permission to your device's camera in order to complete the identity verification.
NOTE: You will be prompted twice to grant permissions to your device's camera. You must allow permissions both times in order to complete the verification process.
- If the camera will not open, check your settings to allow the browser to use the camera. Please see this article on how to grant permission to your device's camera
- If you see a blank window, copy and paste the link from the email or text message directly into your browser.
