I completed CertifID, but now I can't access the information - what now?

When completing CertifID in order to receive your closing agency's wire instructions we highly recommend to download the PDF with the account information!

In order to access the PDF with the account information after you've completed CertifID, you would be required to complete the security process again in order to retrieve the PDF document. 

  • If you are receiving an error message when attempting to access this information again after you've completed the CertifID process, please try again using a different device or internet connection.
  • If you are connected to a public internet connection through a bank, library, or private business we would recommend to disconnect from that internet connection and try again.

NOTE: Any changes to your device, internet connection, etc. may impact your ability to access this information again.
