How do I edit information that I submitted through CertifID?

If you have already successfully submitted your account information through CertifID, but need to update the account information you've submitted for any reason (typo, add account holder, wrong account, etc.) - please reach out to your closing agency directly. Your closing agency will be able to send a new request for you to complete and submit the correct/updated account information.

CertifID is not able to make any edits or updates to any of the information that you have submitted.
