When completing the CertifID request to provide your account information, if you happened to enter incorrect or inaccurate account information by mistake - please reach out to your title company ASAP to avoid any complications with receiving the wire transfer.
In the event that the information needs to be corrected after you have completed the CertifID process, the title company will be able to send a new request for you to complete the CertifID process again and provide the correct information.
Due to privacy and security reasons, CertifID cannot view or edit any of the information that you have provided. CertifID is also not able to send a new request for the correct information - only the title company will be able to send you a new request.
