After receiving a request from your title company or law firm to provide your account information, you'll first confirm your identity and then be brought to a form to input your account details.
- First, enter the ABA routing number
- NOTE: Our system will confirm what bank the routing number is associated with to ensure you are using the correct ABA routing number
- What if I am using an intermediary bank?
- Select the Account type from the drop down menu
- If the account is a trust account, select the checkbox for This is a Trust. For more information on submitting information for a trust account click here.
- Enter Account holder name
- NOTE: If there is a joint account holder please provide that information by selecting Add joint account holder
- Enter the Account number
- Confirm the Account number
- Enter the Account billing address
- NOTE: This is not asking for the bank's address, but the account holder’s address on file with the bank
- Select Continue
- Review the information that has been entered for accuracy on the final page. To avoid any issues with the wire transfer, we highly recommend double-checking all of the information is correct.
- Select Submit
- To download a copy of the CertifID document with the information that you submitted select Download PDF
