If you're using an intermediary bank, there is an additional step to ensure that you are entering in all of the banking information correctly.

When you receive a request to submit your banking information:

  1. Enter the Intermediary Bank information in the fields provided
  2. Once you've entered the Intermediary bank information, select Add final credit to
  3. Enter Beneficiary Bank information. This should be where the funds will ultimately end up.

NOTE: The "Final Credit To" section is used when a wire or transfer requires the notation of a secondary beneficiary. This is usually the case for: investment, escrow, brokerage, or trust accounts.

  • Only use if your account requires it
  • If you're unsure, check with your financial institution before continuing.
