What if my phone number is wrong?

During the CertifID process, you will be prompted to receive a two-factor authentication (2FA) code. For security reasons, you can only see two numbers from your phone number, as pictured below:

If the last two numbers are incorrect, or you are not receiving the two-factor authentication code, it’s possible the phone number was entered incorrectly. In these cases:

  • Contact the organization who sent you the request - They will be able to validate your phone number, make any corrections, and resend the request
    • NOTE: CertifID is unable to make any changes to the information on requests for privacy and security purposes
